Yesterday, my very ultra-super thrifty aunt finally agreed to treat me a buffet lunch at Traders Hotel! (Yes, one of my favourite hotel because i love the name, traders hotel!) Hahaha.... wad?! unlike some hotel - orchard hotel (dude.... wad if one day orchard hotel is no longer in orchard leh!?)
Anyway, the buffet lunch costs 41 for two because we were having DBS promotion 1 for 1 (see! i told u my aunt is very thrifty wan lol). Haiz, think is time for me to apply DBS card liao! So many food promotions as compared to other banks....
aunt: wad?! wanted to bring u to orchard hotel instead but they only having their 1 for 1 promotion on wed and fri only lol!
me: pengz!
Oh.... even the coffee is good! Better than the daily brew from the coffeebean! Ya, i know lah, of course rite?! this is hotel coffee leh....
me: hmmmm so nice....
then still have nice delicious cakes to go along with it!!!!
haiz... my aunt really veri busy even having lunch with me... but she ate more than me! she can eat, talk on the phone, drink her coffee then on the same time telling me, "hey, eat more leh! very expensive so don't waste my money! don't drink ur coffee so slow! eat more food!"
Guess what happen after lunch?
i found this two banana (and 2 pears) in my bag! My aunt smiled at me cheeky and said, "wad? expensive leh...so might as well bring back some fruits from the hotel !? nothing wrong wad?"
Can't believe after having so goodddddd lunch, i am meeting ACK to study! damn sianz rite?! well, ACK is preparing for his exam recently so either i meet him to study (when most of the time, i will disturb him! haha) or don't meet him lol.... We bought a coffee at the coffeebean and started to study at Borders Coffee Bean at non-peak period lol at 3 p.m. But after 1 hour, when there were still so many unoccupied tables around, the manager came to us and told us to refrain from studying! I can't wait to pack my stuffs but ACK stopped me! He was very furious and told me to continue to study! Well, i listened to him lol then another staff came to us with a small little board which stated "refrain from studying".
Oh.... they usually said a hungry man is an angry man! As for ack, he is just born to be angry! (well, even though he is not hungry. haha...) He immediately walked up to the manager and talked to him. Wad am i doing?! Packing my stuffs liao lah, can run easily in case ACK fight with the manager wad.... Hahaha.... Anyway, i have to drag him out of coffeebean before a murder really carry out lol. ACK was scolding (and people might think that he is scolding at me!?!) as we walked from Borders to Cineleisure! Can't believe rite?! I can really tahan his scolding (of course not to me lah) for so long. He can't take this lying down and decided to send a 400 plus words email to coffeebean and if they were so dumb not to reply ACK, i would believe his next stop - newspaper!
Anyway, you should have seen that manager's face! Felt like slapping him (because he got the "i am a manager u know" that kinda of face!) No wonder Starbucks is still my favourite hangout! So fed up with their attitude lol.
Lastly, Congret to Rach! She is finally so gonna to get marry liao! Thomas proposed to her and she agreed! Wad lau, this thomas also one kind! Take so long to propose and almost lose her permantly lol! So guys out there, don't take so bloody long to propose to ur gf hor, otherwise, blame urself when the girls choose to wake up and move on to a potential groom!
