The air seem intense and damp from the moment i stepped into the office. Headed to the Accounts Room and the expected news arrived into my ears.
'Three girls are on 'mc' today.'
Thanks! I am speechless.
I went out to get a drink and guess wad? A familiar figure stood beside me, apparently he needed help from me again!
'This AEIC is urgent today. Thanks.'
Expected question came out from his mouth but well, i gave him an unexpected reaction as usual,
'WHAT? HUH? WHAT URGENT?'
He smile as he speak , ' the AEIC. They were not affirmed yet!'
Thoughts: WHAT? NOT AFFIRM? THEN HOW CAN I E-FILE THEM?
I gave him a bewildered look when he said the AEIC were not affirmed.
'Then?' I shot him back with my instant reaction.
He gave me a silly look and assured me that he would get it affirmed.
I walked away, ignoring his facial expression and excuses that were murmured behind me!
I stormed into the account room and complainted about his working attitude and .....
One of them added her comments, 'He also dunno how to do Billing also! But alway claimed to be very busy!'
I asked a rhetorical question, ' i thought he attended a 1 week e-filing course?'
OM answered me, ' ya, i signed him up for that course.'
I replied sarcastically, 'well, then how can i help him? i only attended a 24-hrs guidance leh.'
Then i walked back to my desk, the route have to pass by his desk and he called my name AGAIN!
'Yes?' i really tried not to sound so irritated.
With a smile on his face, 'Can this photos be coloured when you scan into the computer?'
'WHAT? DUNNO LAH!'
Thoughts: More works for me lolx! Colour scanning would take a longer time than normal scanning lolx.
Now, he finally uttered that magical words, 'Sherain said wan!'
Thoughts: Yup! You love to use her name huh? Dun you feel shame?
I walked away with a forced smile on my face. btw, Sherain is my second-in-command boss.
Yesterday, i was about to leave at 6.05 p.m. when she held me back to photocopy some documents. At first, she misled me in believing that there were few pages to photocopy but soon i realised she wanted me to do 4 SET OF 'BUNDLE OF DOCUMENTS'. Well, cursing and swearing under my breath till 7 p.m.
When i handed her the stuffs that she was expecting, she apologised for the last minute rush and 'praised' me that i am getting good at it. GOOD AT IT? That was only the 'BUNDLE OF DOCUMENTS'!
I learnt that .....
When you are in demand, usually your colleagues would praise you that you are learning the ropes very fast.
But when troubles brewed, they would push the rubbish mess around and claimed that , 'well, i know i can't blame you for that.' So? Implied that it was my fault but i shouldn't be entirely blamed! Thanks!
Well, this is my working attitude lolx!
Just received a irritating call by that person AGAIN!
'Jamie, when you ready, tell me, k?'
Thoughts: Rushing me huh? Do it yourselves lah!
I admit i am selfish. But well, i have been trained under such environment.
Recall: I can't finish my part of assignments and my request for help was rejected brutually,
'This is your part hor... Can't finish, stay ot lolx! Dun expect anyone to help you hor...'
Now, this is my working attitude too.
